The 60-day guarantee applies even if you have already downloaded or accessed the digital product.

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a duplicate transaction, please contact us. After verification, the duplicate payment will be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may not be approved in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Duplicate refund requests for the same order

Cancellation
